So I keep trying to print and nothing it working. I unplugged the device and restarted it. It is a usb port connection that i always have used and now it doenst want to print. I thought uninstalling and reinstalling the driver would work. Now it says error in the "printers and scanners" section on the computer when i went to readd the printer. I have a windows 10, should I update to the windows 11? I use the printer too much in the office to not have it working right now. Someone please help!
