My Canon MF642cdw is the first printer I've owned that has a document feeder. It's very useful but it's been jamming on me once in a while.
I've tried following the directions to remove the sheet of paper in the feeder but the paper is thin and If I pull too hard the paper will rip. Is there a way to bump the roller motor to feed the sheet through the feeder or temporarily relieve the pressure between the rollers to pull the sheet through?
