Is anyone else having a problem with scrolling the Canon Knowledge Base website?
When I open the site all I can do is read the initial screen. It won't scroll.

Hi Danny.
I wasn't getting a scroll bar on the right hand side. I right-clicked the page and one option that showed up was to open in Internet Explorer mode. I selected that and got and error message that IE wasn't supported so I selected the button that said MS Edge. When it reopened in Edge I had scroll bars.

Hi, John! We just tested the Knowledge Base across multiple common browsers and didn't have any trouble scrolling. Have you tried another browser?

It doesn't work with Firefox on Windows.

Hi Kris,
If you try to use Firefox there should be a message letting you know it is not a supported browser, and that we recommend using Edge or Chrome for Windows.

I am using latest W10 MS Edge. I will try my Mac when I get home. Thanks Danny. Will also try clearing my cache. I will report back.
