Wondering if anyone else has had issues with trying to reset their Canon ID password today? The app on my Iphone logged me out at some point and I do not remember what my password is. I have attempted at least 10 times to reset it but it fails every time. I get the email and get to the password reset form, fill out all of the information with a new password but when I click next I get "There's been a problem" and no other explanation. I have tried via my phone and my personal PC but same issues. I will try again tomorrow as it seems to be a website issue but was wondering if others had the same problem. I have photos I need to upload from a camera to my app and cannot at the moment.

If you've requested a new password from https://canon.us/forgotpassword via your My Canon Account at https://canon.us/account and still can't log in, please contact support so they can research this for you. Our team is available weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (ET) at 1-800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666).
