How to contact Canon about missing package

I bought a camera from Canon USA website. Tracking information shows that it was shipped with FedEx and was out for delivery last Monday. I did not receive the package and FedEx tracking shows no delivery confirmation. Shipment notice from Canon says "If you have any questions about your order, call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-385-2155." but when I call that number and select option 2 for follow up on an existing order, there is no option to talk to a customer service rep. Instead, it simply states the web address for Canon Customer Service, which has no option for following up on problem with an order.

How do I talk to an actual customer service representative regarding a missing order?

I just replied to you on the other thread, but I'll post here too just in case.

Please select the option for "placing a new order" to get through to a sales representative.

Call and speak to someone in sales, not support. I can never get through any other way either.
