Forum Email Notifications have stopped.

As of July 30, I have stopped receiving email notifications of replies to my subscribed message posts. I have checked my settings, and they seem to be correct. Has anyone else had this problem?

I'm getting them, but they are 24 to 48 hours late.

I would settle for 24 - 48 hour delay. I haven't received any notifications by email since the end of July.

I visit here frequently enough that I don't keep a watchful eye on this, but I'm getting notifications.

My last notification was yesterday.  I rarely if ever subscribe to topics.  I get notifications for private messages and accepted solutions.  

Make sure this domain is white listed @cits.canon.com

I like to subscribe to the posts in which I'm trying to help another user so I can get back to them. I'm here quite often, but still like the email notices when they are prompt.

Thanks for the replies. Before the end of July, I was getting email notifications very frequently, then they suddenly stopped. I have checked my spam folder at my Comcast email account and my email software, and nothing is in there. I wonder if Comcast is just blocking them for some reason.

I have comcast also.  Log in and check.  I don't use my comcast for anything by relay.  Once or twice a year i have to log in and kick the tires in the account.

Today my email notifications suddenly started to work again. Thanks for your help.
