I find no way to delete my Canon account. There is only one post in this forum that has invalid information.
I have two Canon accounts under two email addresses and I need one of them deleted and the emails to stop. I clicked Unsubscribe in the email I received and I was sent to a page where I can choose email subscriptions to start. The link to unsubscribe doesn't function.
I logged into the account and can't find anywhere to unsubscribe or delete the account. The only thread here provided an image that doesn't apply to my account, a link to delete the account which takes me to a login page that doesn't find my account, and a link to unsubscribe takes me to a form that doesn't say what it's for.
At this point, I'm receiving emails that I don't want and can't stop. This makes them spam. How can I get this stopped?

We can understand your frustration, AndyTampa! Please let us know what these emails generally cover so that we can figure out which part of our company they're coming from and how we can get them to stop.
We look forward to your reply!

Greetings,
If you log into the forum using the email address for the account you want to delete, navigate to my settings, personal tab and then look for the close account tab. This will delete the community user account and all posts for that account.

I am not trying to delete the community accounts. This is the Canon community where I'm trying to find a way to delete a Canon account that is outside of this community. I'm talking about regular Canon accounts at https://myprofile.americas.canon.com/us/

I've finally gotten fed up enough that I looked for a phone number for support, and there isn't one on the website. I called sales and selected the option for support. That selection required the model number of the device I no longer have. I answered 'nothing' so many times that the automated responses sent me to a human. Supposedly, they'll call me back.
