I access my old login account because my email host has disappeared with my old email account! Therefore;
1. I cannot get verified
2. I cannot change my email address on this old account that includes registration of many Canon cameras, lenses and printers!
is there a way to get this old account changed to my new account?

I have the same problem, I have called Canon twice now and got tech support - same guy a week apart! - he said they would fix it. Asked for a little time. 3 weeks on and nothing. Just wondered if you got a resolution.
The 1-800-OK-CANON appears to only have specific support product specialists and they appear to have no ability to correct issues with their online software.
Like you have multiple pieces of equipment registered and CarePak data I cannot access.
