Transfer product registration to a different account (same owner)

Hi All, 

I recently purchased a camera and a couple of L lenses through an account associated with my work email as I have discounts via the employee purchase program. These products were automatically registered to that account during the purchase, but I'd like to register/transfer these product registrations to my account linked to my personal email. 

Can I do that and what's the correct process?

I want to buy the carePAK for these products, but I don't want it associated to my account linked to my work email.
