Hi khratoz666,
Losing the Copy function is related to the installation of the latest update from Microsoft.
Rolling back the update or waiting for an update from Microsoft is recommended.

Same problem with the Lide220 as well. I've updated everything I can update, computer updated as well. Not sure what else to do! Super frustrating

If you wish to keep or reinstall the KB5000802 update, please also install KB5001567 and KB5001649.
Microsoft issued those newer updates to resolve the issues with KB5000802.

i did a full Windows 10 update today and I still get just a blank page doing Copy (direct to print) on my scanner.
I really don't want to roll back any Windows 10 updates. Surely there must be a Canon driver update to correct this!
