Hello all!
Recently bought a Scanner the other day but I am encountering an error regarding the communication with the scanner. It appears that my computer fails to create a communication with the scanner even though I have made a clean install of the scanner's driver. Apparently, an error code is shown with the error popup: 2 155 33. I have changed the USB cable and re-installed the drivers twice. The scanner won't give a preview or scan at all. Any ideas on how to resolve this problem?
