trying to custom white balance and camera is saying "busy ..please wait"

cant custom white balance my 60d never had this problem before the camera is about a year old and started that today.cant figure this out and tech support didnt sound like they heard of it before.

How do I get rid of the framed VIEW on a ZOOM call using my t7?

It puts the picture in frame and i just want to do without it all together. It messes up backgrounds so bad. I've done it before, but i cant for the life of me get back to there.I use the Canon apps, 35mm lens, and an Elgato CamLink on a MacBook.
