My 60D battery door comes off because the plastic seats in the body for the hinge pin broke off.

Canon replaced the metal case of the 40D, 50D with a plastic one in the 60D.  Sure enough the case on my 60D broke where the hinge pin for the battery door is seated.  Now the door comes off whenever I open it.  Eventuall I will have to tape the door...
