Yay. Got my Exp Sim back!
Now, as I make changes to shutter speed and ISO, I can se the affects in real time as I use Live View.
I had accidentally dropped my camera (thankfully on a carpeted rug), and I lost my Exp Sim and touch shutter.
I was consigned to making a change, and go look at what affect it had, go back and make an adjustment, and go back and look at it's affect. Back and forth. Back and forth. It was a laborious process.
I bit the bullet and went back and reset the camera settings, and it worked.
Yay!
