70D audio controls/ where in menu?

Pardon my ignorance, but I can find no access to any sort of audio controls in the menu of my new D70.... Where are they? I should be able to manually set and/or see my audio recording level, shouldn't I? 

automatic iso on manual mode?

Another question about 60d. Is it possible to shoot in manual camera mode with automatic iso? How can I set this?I usually use manual mode to shoot, but since I am about to shoot with low and changeable light, I wonder if automatic iso can be helpful...
