No. Just DPP for the post-processing.

Use Canon Digital Photo Professional to open the camera original image, either RAW or JPG. If the lines are not visible then it is down to the software, tools or actions you have used to process the photo.

The lines are in the original photo, before processing with DPP.

Does the issue appear in all other photos, or just this one?
Can you possibly make a screenshot of the camera settings for the original image from DPP, no processing needed, just press CTRL I (Windows) or CMD I (Mac). It should look something like the one below, which is from one of my images.
