Canon R3 autofocus no longer working with EF lenses/adapter

Hi there, I've recently run into an issue with my R3 camera where the autofocus will no longer work with my EF lenses and adapter. This was never an issue before and they all still work just fine on my R5. The AF is not even an option in the menu anymore, it's stuck on MF. However, when I put my one RF lense on, the Autofocus works just fine.

I have downloaded the latest firmware update and have never had any issue until recently. It worked fine immediately after the update and now no longer works. It's obviously not the lenses or adapters as I've tried several and they all still work perfect on my R5 RF camera.

Anyone else have this issue? Please help.

Is your EF-RF adapter Canon or third party?

It's Canon, and it's worked fine until now and still works fine on my R5
