EOS 90D: The object I see in viewfinder is different with real object in screen

AdoNetok

I am using Canon 90D.

The object I see in viewfinder is different with real object in screen.

For example, when I view a object in viewfinder, it is at meddle of viewfinder but when I took a shot and then view on the screen the object is more closer to the bottom.

Is it possible to adjust it?

Perhaps you are moving the camera when you press the shutter button?

Try testing with camera on a tripod.

AdoNetok,

Just as an experiment, put your camera in Live View and take a few shots. How do they compare?

Also, take a few shots with a remote control. See if you are doing as John hypothesized and pulling down on the camera little bit when you press the shutter.

It sounds like your mirror isn't returning to its home position properly.  As stevet1 recommended see if there is a difference framing using live view vs through the viewfinder.  If you do see a difference, ensure the mirror box is clean and free of any foam deterioration or debris.  IF this doesn't isolate or solve your problem you might need to get your camera serviced.

Is your object standing still or moving?

Are you sure you are not moving the camera up or down when you press the shutter button?

Have you moved the photo to a computer and opened it there to see what it looks like?

No, you can't adjust the framing of a shot after you take it. You need to investigate your technique.
