Canon 5D Mark IV RAW files viewing issue

Hi all,

Recently I got a Canon 5D4,  I can view RAW images at Canon DPP  software.

But I can't view RAW images from Windows 10/64 bits, neither from Photoshop CC2019 even though I upgrade Camera Raw 11.1 version. I have no problems at  viewing JPEG  files.

Any help ? Thanks a lot.

I gave up on Windows 10 to quickly look at my 5D4 raw photos and will just use the Canon DPP. With my 7D2 I could just quickly look at thumbnails and discard obvious ones that could be deleted. DPP takes a little longer but I'll make it work. Thanks to the community that stepped up to try to help with this issue; I appreciate it.

Thanks, but I've decided to just use Canon DPP that came with the camera and stop wasting time with Win10.
