I have an AE1 and dare my lenses comparable with the new digital cameras?

I have an AE-1 regular camera with lots of lenses and are they compatible with the new  digital camera bodies?

DOES ANYBODY KNOW OF A WAY TO TAKE SOME OLD STYLE LENSES AND MAKE THEM WORK ON THE NEW CAMERAS. F1
