got a camera for Christmas cannon T3i with 2 lens- one is not stabalized the 75-300mm should I return the camera or how much does a different does it make with out it

Can anyone recommend a circular polarizer for EF 24-105 F4 lens that allows lens cap to stay on

I have a Heliopan 77mm circular polarizer I was using on another lens and just bought the 24-105 F4 and the polarizer screws on lens ok but lens cap won't snap shut, can you recommend a polarizer that will fit properly

Notice that on the canon direct they have refirbished lens would like to know have anyone ever bought one and had any luck with them and do they last   and did they have any problems with the lens
