When I turn on my ts6220 printer the 3 section operations panel will not come up. Only the initial word "HOME" shows. Though normally it would then display the operation panel options, but in this case it never changes from the word "HOME". I have done several varieties of powering off and on for various time lengths with no resolution. Is there a hard reset?
