code 1681 MX922 duplicate cartridges

just appeared as I tried to print. I have not changed anything. Tried to reseat, remove replace tanks to no avail. Any thoughts??

just installed a new print head & I got the same code (1861) more than one cartidge is detected. Turned printer off then on  -support code B200 - contact servce center
