My PIXMA MX472 skip printing texts

My PIXMA MX472 skip printing words in the TEXT portion of "Directions" obtained from the MAP feature of the MSN page. I am using Internet Explorer 10.  Any suggestions please?.

Every few lines are blurred. I have tried everything I can think of including changing cartridges even though the old cartridges were  not empty. I haave a MG5520 printer.

My brand new MG2920 printer will not feed paper properly.
