Hi,
I have a Canon MP990 printer connected to my computer via a usb cable, computer is running Windows 10. I recently updated some windows software etc and now the printer will no scan. It doesn't seem to register that anything has been placed on the screen. I think I have downloaded the latest device drivers for the printer and it still doesn't work. It does however print.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
