how do i upload to my computer a document that i have scanned on my canon mg3120 printer

hAVE AN mp 620 PRINTER THAT WILL NOT FEED PAPER FROM THE REAR TRAY. i ALWAYS GRABS IT CROOKED AND

GRABS PAPER CROOKED AND WONT FEED, SENDS MESSAGE PAPER TRAY EMPTY. iT FEEDS FROM THE CASSETTE SATISFACTORILY.

mp830 printer problems

I hav a Canon Printer MP830. For some reason it will not scan or copy. It will print OK. I recently got a 5010 message, and the memory in use light is blinking. Any suggestions. Glenda
