Today, suddently I got this message as I tried to print a DVD with my Pixma MG5320 .

"the process cannot be continued because of insufficient memory. Easy PhotoPrint ex will be terminated".

I have a new computer very powerful, so it really cannot be that... Any ideas ? I tried uninstalling and re-installing the software but the same error appeared...Thank You!

Hello nuts4dv.

Please try restarting the computer to test the program.  Also, temporarily disable any firewall or anti-spyware programs to see if these programs may be causing the error.
