Very frustrated in not being able to copy/scan from the ADF on my MX 410 All in One. LCD message reads: "Cannot scan from ADF". What causes this kind of problem ? All help is accepted.

Hello JST,
Please follow the steps below for modifying the Copy Intensity feature of the printer to try and resolve the Cannot Scan From ADF error.
Auto Adjust
If Copy intensity is set to [Auto adjust] and a document is placed on the printer's auto document feeder (ADF), message [Cannot scan from ADF] will appear. Set Copy Intensity to Manual or place the document on the platen to copy using Auto Adjust.
Press the <Settings> button repeatedly until Copy intensity appears.
Press the left left or right arrow to select Manual adjust and then press the <OK> button.
Note:
* If you want to copy using Auto adjust, load the original on the platen glass.
* If you select Auto adjust (A), A appears on the LCD.
Note: "A" will appear below the magnification setting, which in the above example is 100%.
If you select Manual adjust, use the button to decrease the intensity or the button to increase it and then press <OK>.
Press <Back> repeatedly to return to Copy standby mode.
Attempt to copy again.
Hope this helps!
