what is an "error 5200"?

 My printer says there is an error 5200, and won't copy.  What can I do?

Where is serial number on MP460 printer?

Not sure where the Serial Number is on my MP 460 Printer! several numbers on the bottom. None inside or on the back as the Canon site suggested.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! BobPittsburgh, PA

My Pixma MG3120 does not print, the print heads do not move, any suggestions?

Canon 8800f scanner turns on but none of the scan buttons light up or work

I can't see a scanner board to ask this question but....I have used my scanner lightly for a few years now the on off switches on & the bed lights up to initiate start up but then none of the scan buttons work. Help have I got a dud now??
