My Selphy CP800 Black, displays "Ink cassette is empty" message even after I put in a new one

After I change the Ink cassette, it makes a clicking sound but the ink sheet does not advance and the error message comes back. How do I fix this?

My best recommendation would be to check the inside of the printer for any obstructions. Please also remove the cartridge and see if anything may be preventing this from sitting in here correctly. If nothing is found, unfortunately, the printer would require service options. Ok Devin, it seems i need the service options. How do I go about this? how much will it cost ? and what are my payment options?
