MX892 won't print black

My MX892 won't print black anymore. I have tried both the cleaning and deep cleaning procedures several times. And I have changed the ink cartridges to new ones. Still nothing. Any suggestions on what to try next? The colors work just fine.

MY MP-560 prints a test page fine, but when I scan, copy or print, the page is blank.

I cleaned and deep-cleaned the heads. I doubt it's a software issue or it would have copied fine, no? The test page printed fine, with all colors present, etc.
