I have a mp610 printer and the power will not turn on.

my mp 610 printer will not turn on. I checked the power supply and it was OK. I dont know what else to check.I really liked the printer, I would hate to get rid of it.

my canoscan 4200f scanned documents are entirely black.

I have unplugged and replugged scanner, restarted computer, uninstalled and re-installed driver and same result: documents are all-black. The lamp on the scanner appears to be working. It is bright when scanning.

MP470 is a lousy printer-don't waste your money.

MP470 is a lousy printer.  Works for about 6 months-uses ink like it leaks.  Would not recommend this printer.

I have a MX870 printer.  Just replaced a black ink.  Now it will copy but will not print from computer.  Did several cleanings and a deep cleaning.  Will print blue on paper (internet links) but not black text.
