MG5420 will not print wirelessly, get "printer is offline" message

HP laptop with Windows 8.  Have checked wireless router signal strength and it's 100%.  On printer's operation panel have just disabled Wireless LAN DRX setting, turned machine off and then back on, still won't print.

Could it be Norton security firewall?   I fooled with the settings and got it to print wirelessly a couple of days ago, then it stopped.  Don't remember what I did that caused it to print wirelessly.
