my computer running window 7 suddenly wont recognize my canon MX350 printer. they are both on the same wifi connection,

Printer head error, cleaned, now 5100 error. no lights on cartridges

   When I turn the printer on, the ink cartridge tray slams right and left, error 5100, can't do anything.

Blue hue on all Black and White prints

I'm using a Canon PIXMA iP7250 and I have a blue hue on all my black and white pictures. Even photos saved in Greyscale with photoshop. Colour photos are great but all my BnW shots are coming out this way and on all types of paper.
