Code:9,230,0 displays on MG 5420 Printer when trying to scan. Printer part works fine. Please help?

have a MG5420 printer. Just installed My Image Garden and now the printer wont print. How do I fix?

Just installed "My Image Garden" and now the printer wont print. How do I fix?  I do not get an error messages just says print is pending.

Only a 2-3 mm strip of an image will print on my MG6860

Suddenly when I now try to print an image from my PC to my printer only a small 2-3 mm portion of the image will print, this occurs on 3 pages each time when only 1 copy is requested
