Does Pixma MX725 produce SEARCHABLE PDFs?

Will the Pixma MX725 do the following?  Grateful if someone can confirm:

(1) Output to MULTIPAGE, SEARCHABLE PDFs.

(2) DUPLEX SCANNING (preferably without user intervention)
