I am trying to print a 12" by 12" picture. The image and paper size are set correctly:
But whenever I try to print I receive the following error: "The media type and paper size are not set correctly. Click Cancel Printing to stop printing, change the media type or paper size setting, and print again."
I have input and verified the correct paper size on the printer
And I have loaded the correct paper into the rear tray:
But the printer will not print.
Please help. Thank you.

I just got it to work! The media type has to be set to card stock. I thought it was plain paper, it seems like plain paper, it's thin like plain paper but setting it to card stock allowed it to print. Woooo.
Thank you for trying to help.

Hi,
Try changing the paper source from automatic to the rear tray in the print settings.

No. That did not fix it. We are still getting the same error.
