Scanner error mesage: cannot connect ot scanner for reasons: - Scanner is turned off - USB cable is not connected. I have replaced the cable, Code: 5,156,69 and still have the message. Is there a manual scanner OFF button on the printer? I also reloaded the printer drivers to no avail. appreciate anyone's help.
