Hello,
I recently attempted to print something and it came out as lines on top of lines. It look like it's double printing every character side by side so that it gives it a page of blurred printing. I've tried everything from reinstalling ink cartridges to running automatic alignment to deep cleaning the nozzels as well as follwing the suggestions of the chat bot. No matter what I do I get an error message of 5100 and I cannot get the alignment page to print completely. It will start printing 3 lines and the the hazard light starts blinking and I get Support Code 5100. All of the maintenace information is for Windows 8 but not Windows 10. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi,
If you have not done so, I recommend cleaning the encoder strip inside the printer. Please click HERE for the steps.
