PIXMA TS3400 Can’t print on photo paper

Every time i try to print on glossy photo paper with the glossy photo paper setting on the Canon Print app on my phone, it gives me the support code: 4103 and says the settings are not supported by the printer, which is weird because just this Friday I could print on the same photo paper with the glossy photo paper setting. I’ve tried printing with the Canon Print app and the print option on my phone but neither works. Help!

It may not be the fact that the paper is glossy, but the wrong size, or you have it set for borderless and the size doesn't match. 

• Media Type Restrictions: Borderless printing is not available for certain paper sizes, including A4, letter, legal, A5, or B5 paper.
