MG3550 refusing to print black in grayscale printing mode

Hi,

i recently replaced my cartridges and since then my printer wouldn't print in grey or black. I tick all the correct settings, the preview image changes colour (from colour to black and white) but when I apply the settings and press print the pages come as pinky-orangey colour and not greyscale ones like they did before.

I have test printed and applied disgnose and repair and still nothing. I replaced teh cartridges with new ones again but still nothing better.

Please help.
