Auto and Manual alignment not working on Pixma MX522

I have a Pixma MX522 and have run the auto alignment and manual alignment but I am still getting misaligned lines in Excel graphs and double text within the excel graphs. In Microsoft word some of the text lines of the letter show up blurred and bold.

I have made sure the ink supply is good and run a Nozzle Check and the nozzles are not clogged. I have also run the cleaning through the printer maintenance.

I have spent over 2 hours troubleshooting and now I am at my wits end.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

You can try cleaning the encoder strip inside the printer. Please click HERE for the steps.
