EOS Utility 3 Lens checked and grayed out

I have the latest version of this utility. I want to register the lens aberration correction data. When I opened this option I want to register only the lenses that I own. However there are lots and lots of lenses that have been checked and grayed out so that I cannot uncheck them. I've used this utility before and I was able check only the lenses that I own.

As you can see by the attachment the first lens can be checked and unchecked by the other lenses are checked and greyed out...

What is the reason for have so many lenses pre-checked without the ability to uncheck them?

These are probably already in the camera and cannot be erased.

Which camera are you using with EOS Utility?

I see different capabilities to uncheck some lenses depending on the camera I connect.

Do you have the Lens Registration Tool installed as well as EOSU?

The greyed out lens extender combo just might be an incompatible pairing of gear. These screenshots are from the 5Ds/5Dsr User Guide section on Lens Groups, which begins on page 99 in my copy.

What shows if you run the registration tool directly?

Highlighted wrong comment.

This specific combination is not one I would want to invest in.

The same. Whether from the tool directly or from the Utility the same results. Lots and lots of lenses check and grayed out. I called CPS and they haven't a clue why this is occuring.
