CR3 files won't open in any program, permission access error

Hi,

Does anyone have a solution for CR3 files that are not opening in any program?

should it be, Photoshop, LR or DPP4, it just doesnt open, and the error seems to bwe something about permission access error or something like that.

Please reply if you have a solution, and yes, all of those programs are up to date with the adobe camera raw etc., I'm writing this after numerous hours of reading through ALL the info on ALL these sites, and trying ALL the solutions.

I need help from somebody that actually underestands hopw these CR3 files work.

What operating system are you running? Version and build?

Yes, this is an Android issue. Canon developed an iOS app for use on an iPhone, but not Android. Thanks for the reply John
