Canon Has Stopped Making Speedlights!?

I understand from Canon's website is that they no longer make Speedlights!  There is no category for Speedlight listed anymore - only the main categories of "Camera, Lenses, Video" and under "Cameras," there is only:

Cameras

Under "Camera Accessories,: there is only:
Accessories

Similarly, under the "Lens" menu, nothing.  Oddly, they still list "Speedlight Transmitters" but there are no "Speedlights.  Worse, doing a "Search" of the website for "Speedlight" you get a "Return: 0 Results" Alternatively, you can find 5 "articles."

Finally, all URLs that try to access speed lights, such as "http://www.usa.canon.com/shop/cameras/speedlite-flashes' returns:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.usa.canon.com/shop/cameras/speedlite-flashes?" on this server.

So, I can only conclude that Canon is no longer selling speed lights!  Very disappointing.

(Or, it could be that the Canon website continues to be a time-wasting joke and still blows big time. Anybody know which it is?)

Thanks... but why isn't it its own section?  If it's considered an "accessory," then why isn't is under "Accessories."  That was the point. And to be fair to myself,  I checked on my phone, and two different browsers on my laptop, as well as my desktop. No go.  And, as I attached, received all kinds of "can't find the page."  And "Search" not returning anything.  So  "cache," which is an oft-cited potential culprit (but rarely is actually), isn't really a cause.

Since then - about 3 hours now -  without changing anything, I found "Speedlight" under search - the same search that returned "0 results".  In that case, that's Canon server issues, which is what I expected.

And yes, now I do see it it is under "cameras"... which, again, since it is not just a one-off "accessory" would be logical to have listed in the menu as it's own subject; "speedlight transmitters", which is a minor and limited set of products, has its own specific section and does not include Speedlights? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! Huh?

That's for responding and finding.  Once again, it's Canon website functionality and logic.

Maybe its a conspiracy 😀. "Speedlite" is what Canon calls them. Nikon calls them Speedlights"

Searching Speedlight on the Canon USA home page returned five hits to me. Searching Speedlite returned this

I am too lazy to try it, but I wonder what you get if you search for "speedlite" on the Nikon site?

It was just a casual search for Speedlight info which should've taken no time at all for the search but turned out to be very frustrating due to Canon's illogical website structure and menu listings....

Your link works fine for me, maybe you need to clear your caches.
