Cannot select MF using camera connect app!

Hi I have a canon 5d mkiv and I have set my lens to mf. However when I use camera connect it says AF and MF cannot be selected as it is greyed out.I really need help ASAP. Thanks

Hello Hmmok,

What lens do you have on the camera? Let's set the switch on the lens to AF and then use the Canon Camera Connect app to make adjustments to the settings of the camera. Also what shooting mode is the camera set to? In order to access all menu items and additional settings, make sure that you set the camera to one of the Creative modes such as, P, Av, Tv, or M.
