Canon pro 100 - one color keeps getting blocked

I have the PM color not coming through after a couple of prints.  I keep doing a nozzle clean and deep clean - it solves the problem for a couple of prints.  Would you suggest a manual physical clean with either some liquid or a brush? I have no idea...

I have a pixma pro 100 which feeds the photo paper then stops.  I have this caution sign on the printer indicator (on my computer) but when open it up it looks as though it is printing fine, but it is not.  No printer code or anything to indicate tha...
