We are installing Scanner DR-160-ii for the user's laptops. Recently, we get the issue "An error has occurred with the ISIS driver. [Error:80FD13A6]. It still works with the DR-160 driver, the previous driver, but it cannot work with DR-160ii.

Windows 10, yes the error happens with CaptureOnTouch. So far, it does not work with many laptops.
We updated the last windows software, tried to install the driver from CD, or from Cannon website; log in with different users; changed different Cannon Scanners M160ii; re-installed driver.... The same issue.
However, when we install the previous Driver (DR-160), the OneFormula software works well with the newer Cannon Scanner DR-160ii
Please try the steps listed HERE to resolve the issue.

I am finding I have the same issue with a user, then was informed there are multiple of these scanner deployed and all get the ISIS driver error stated above. Windows 10 x64m I went back and installed the x86 driver as well incase the captureontouch will use the 32 bit driver. I received the same error.
Just downloaded and run the tool below from Canon website as the result from Canon Enterprise & Desktop Solutions Divisions specialist, but it does not work too
I went to a person who captureontouch is working and got the version of driver and captureontouch and went to the other computer, cleaned off all driver and captureontouch. then installed the driver and captureontouch to the non working computer. It did not work.
