Okay, we are having an issue with our new iPF785 plotter that is seriously driving me nuts. Basically, we are trying to print 1:1 scale prints on ANSI C, D & E paper (via the 36" roll) from AutoCAD and while it looks fine in the print preview, for some reason it looks like it is shifting the print (instead of keeping it centered) and is cutting it off while printing.
Drivers are up to date and yes, we've installed the optimization module for AutoCAD as well. I've also tried creating ANSI C, D & E paper sizes from scratch (thinking that maybe it was an issue with the preset sizes), but no avail.
I've no clue why we are having this issue, wasn't a problem when we had our HP DesignJet.
Any insight would greatly be appreciated.
