imagePROGRAF iPF785 won't print from one networked PC, OK on others

We have a Canon iPF785 wide format printer that does not have wifi capabilities. It has a dedicated (windows10) computer (the wide format printer does not have (to my knowlege) an update available to use with a windows 11 computer) with a wired connection to the printer. We have several other computers (windows 11) that we use for drafting and printing out floor plans on the wide format printer. All the computers are connected to our office network. We have been able to print wirelessly from our windows 11 computers because of the network that the windows 10 is also connected to. Recently one of the computers has not been able to print to the printer. The Canon iPF785 printer/windows 10 computer was no longer showing up on the list of printers. We subscribe to a computer Tech service (BASK Technologies). They have tried several times in the last few days to help with this issue, without success. However they were able to get the printer/computer to show up in the printer list again. We still are not able to print from the computer that had the issue. ther is no problem printing from other computers on the network. 1. What are some ways to trouble shoot this issue? 2. Is there an update for the printer to make it compatible with windows 11?

Hi RaySchmidt,

The drivers for the iPF785 for Windows 11 are available for download on our web site. Click HERE to go to the support page for the imagePROGRAF iPF785. If you connect the iPF785 to your network with an Ethernet cable, you should be able to use it from any computer that is connected to your network that has downloaded and installed the printer driver. Please keep in mind that the printer is added to your Windows computer during the driver installation. I hope this is helpful.
